Lone Guides Enrolled

Three young Lone Guides, two from Glenhope and one from Murchison, were enrolled at a meeting of the Henley Guide Company last month. The three girls are shown below making the Guide promise before the Divisional Commissioner, Mrs Laura Trigger, Captain Ans Spaak and Lieutenant Dawn Russ, during the ceremony. The Henley Guides, sponsoring the girls (at rear), are Yvette McGlashen, Karen King and Adrienne Growcott. The very happy faces of the children (above) belong to Brownies of the 21st Henley Pack. They were saying goodbye to Gina Trengrove, Dianne Partington and Susan King (front centre) who had just flown up to the Henley Guide Company. Did you ever see such big smiles?
