The Takaka Citizens' Band led the parade to the War Memorial. In front of the parade are Brigadier G. Clifton, the Rev. J. Walton (Wellington), and the president, Mr J. V. Smallridge. Wreath-bearers in the second row are Messrs H. Brown (Australian delegate) and H. Taylor (Takaka branch president).
