A Courtful of Hippies

Hippies in some areas of the world are usually very wary of making appearances in the courts. In Nelson recently» however, the courts were the gathering points for the cream of the Stoke Badminton Club's hippies. The occasion was the club's fun night, a hippy evening, and some of the get-ups would have had the San Francisco cats swingin' like crazy, man. Shirley Collello (left) was not only hep from the ankles up, but swung a mean racket too. Two other swingin' chicks were Jenny Mc-Grath and Margaret O'Borne (below).
