Pony Club Trials

The Nelson-Marlborough Pony Club's team to take part in the New Zealand pony club trials in Palmerston North in May was chosen during area trials at Murchison recently. The six riders who make up the team were the major place-getters in the Dorothy Campbell trials for riders under 17 and the Al Challenge Cup trials for contestants 17 years and under 21.

The members of the team are:-

Helping out at the trials were Allan Fairweather and Pat Pretty, both of Murchison.
