Mike Mitchell (top), who has studied ju-jitsu and karati in England, is seen instructing Sonny Brown a few simple holds. Mike has had to return home, but hopes to be back in Gisborne shortly to continue his work, which is toolmaking and designing. Sonny sent us this pic.
