Mobile Concrete

A Giaborne firm, Rock Products Ltd., recently purchased two mobile concrete units, consisting of trucks with large steel concrete bowls and drive motors mounted on the chassis. With these vehicles, they can deliver ready-mixed concrete anywhere in the city, at a price comparable to that mixed in the conventional manner.

The first load of four cubic yards was delivered to the City Council yards where it attracted much attention from the council's engineers and staff.
