St. George, patron saint of all scouts and cubs, received his annual tribute at dawn on Easter Monday morning, atop Kaiti Hill. A goodly muster of scouts and cubs assembled in the lookout and heard a short address from the assistant district commissioner, Mr G. M. S. Elder. About one-third of those present are shown in this picture, with the sleeping city in the background.
