First-Aid Graduates

Certificates in elementary first-aid awarded to pupils who attended the public classes conducted by the Gisborne St. John Ambulance Brigade were awarded at a function held last week.

Sixty-three pupils passed the examination. The value of this work in the community was stressed by the Mayor, Mr H. H. Barker, when making the presentations.
