Teams For Y.M.C.A. Tournaments

Gisborne will be represented at the Y.M.C.A. national older girls' and older boys' tournaments being held at Lower Hutt and Nelson in the August holidays by four teams.

The teams, chosen from members of the Y.M.C.A.'s high school classes, are practising hard for the variety of classes they will compete in. Some of these are gymnastics, indoor basketball, relays and games, rhythm exercises, public speaking, and scripture reading.
