Still On The Ball

A quiet game of snooker is one of the pleasures enjoyed by First World War digs every Friday afternoon in the R. S. A. Hall in Childers Road.

No doubt the chaps pictured here were taking more deadly aim 45-odd years ago. There was no pleasure in that, but there is in taking a sight along a billiard cue in a spirit of friendly rivalry during an afternoon's play at the club rooms.
