New Faces in "South Pacific"

Casting for the main parts in this year's operatic society production of "South Pacific" has now been completed and there will be some new faces on the local stage when Rogers and Hammerstein's musical play goes before the public.

Marion Goodwin, a Scots girl, who will play the leading role of Nellie Forbush opposite Bob Moles.

Ian Story, another newcomer, who will play Lieut.Joseph Cable.

×
     

Margaret Whitehead's first role will be the native girl. Leaone Small will be Bloody Mary, and other parts will be taken by Peter Plummer, Bill Wilkie, Roger Bodle and Stan Fawcett.
