Central School Gala

The Central School usually manages to pick a beautiful day for its annual gala, and this year was no exception. In brilliant sunshine, parents and children gathered in the school grounds to buy and sell for the benefit of school funds. This year was also a special occasion, because it marked the official opening of the new filtration plant for the school baths....a project on which the school committee have been working for a long time.
