We have pleasure in announcing the winner of the "Photo News" Outdoor Girl Competition..... Miss Margaret Pollard.

Margaret, who is a toll operator at the Gisborne Telephone Exchange, is 17 years of age, and is the daughter of Mr and Mrs C. B. Pollard, 35 Norman Road.

She will be presented with a cheque from "Photo News", a Janet Dickinson swim suit, and gifts from our co-sponsors, Rita Pyke's Friendly Fit Shoe Store, Hammon Jewellers, Howard's Downtown Store, Arthur Toye Ltd., Corn the Chemist, Melbourne Cash Ltd., Humphrey's Furniture Warehouse, Petties Ltd., Williamson's Beauty Salon, Christies Record Bar, Bushnells Book Store, the Chrisp Company Ltd., and Personality Bag Store.
