A Special Occasion
Now this was really something to drink to....a party for a playing member celebrating her 82nd birthday! But there she is at left, swinging that croquet club as well as any of her club-mates at Barry Memorial Park. She is Mrs G. Ansell, and in spite of those 82 years she thoroughly enjoys an afternoon on the green.
Fellow club members raise their glasses to honour Mrs Ansell (seated at right) and Mrs Paul Hockley (seated at left). Mrs Hockley was celebrating her golden wedding.
