Surf Championship Here Next Month

Gisborne's contingent of bronzed and fit young life-savers will be multiplied many times over next month when surfmen from all over New Zealand assemble here for the national surf life-saving championships.

Pictures here were taken at Midway on a recent Sunday at an inter-club tourney which also served to give local teams a practice run for title events.
