Harriers on the Hills

For harriers, Gisborne is an ideal place. Within a mile or two of the Y.M.C.A. is to be found a variety of good running country, along beaches and over hill and dale.

These pictures were taken on a Saturday afternoon this month. The course lay along Kaiti Beach and over the hill to Beach Road. Our camera recorded the runners as they finished gruelling climb to the hilltop.
