"Parade of Homes"

When "Photo News" paid a visit last week to the Fitzsgerald Block at Kaiti, there was a scene of almost feverish activity in the region of Gisborne's forthcoming "Parade of Homes," due to open to the general public in May. The idea behind the "Parade of Homes" is that it affords builders an opportunity to demonstrate latest types of houses to the public, complete with modern furnishings and fittings. Most cities have staged such demonstrations of recent years, and they have proved extremely popular with the public.
