Johnson–Longdill. At St. Mary's Star of the Sea, Elizabeth Mary, daughter of Mr and Mrs E. P. Longdill, Ormond Road, to John George, son of the late Mr and Mrs J. T. Johnson, Aberdeen Road. The bridesmaids were Misses Jennifer Longdill, sister of the bride, Patricia Haydon, Margaret Halligan, Wellington and Patricia Bridge. The best man was Mr F. Ashurst, Wellington. The couple will make their home in Gisborne.
