Gisborne at Clive Regatta

On November 15th last crews from the Gisborne Rowing Club attended a major regatta at Clive. The crews acquitted themselves well.

Gisborne crew comes in an easy winner, four lengths ahead of the rest of the field.

City bus chartered for the occasion carried the boats to Clive, pick-a-back fashion, on the roof. Here the boats are fastened into position ready for the return journey home.
