Wellington Schoolchildren Inspect Gisborne

Naturally, an essential part of the itinerary was a visit to Kaiti hill Lookout. From here the young visitors could take in the whole sweep of the city and precincts, while the historical background of the district was explained to them.

In return for visit made recently to Wellington by some of their students, the Te Hapara School acted host for a party of schoolchildren from Johnsonville.
