Weighbridge Repairs

The annual repairs and maintenance to the Harbour Board's weighbridge, is a long and tedious job. But with their new fork-lift tow motor to do the heavy lifting, the job is considerably eased.

After removing the main plate, the heavy supporting rails can be lifted out in one simple operation, thus enabling easy access to the bearings and fulcrums.
