Farm School

A farm school organised by Federated Farmers and the Gisborne Veterinary Club, with the cooperation of the Health and Agriculture Depts. met with considerable success and had good support from local farmers.

The incidence of hydatids throughout New Zealand is alarmingly on the increase and, associated with the farm school, the Agriculture and Health Depts. gave demonstrations of hydatid eradication in an afternoon at the showgrounds.
