Teachers Taught

While Gisborne schoolchildren enjoyed an unexpected one-day holiday, their teachers attended two special courses at the Intermediate School, where they took the place of their students, under visiting instructors. They were instructed principally in art courses and in methods of musical teaching. Pictures on this page show the "pupils" putting into practice what they had learnt from their art instructor.
