Founders' Day Parade

Gisborne Scouts, Guides, Cubs, and Brownies paraded on Sunday afternoon, February 23, to commemorate Thinking Day and Founder's Day.

Led by the Gisborne Highland Pipe Band and a colour party, the parade marched from the Opera House to Kelvin Park in brilliant sunshine while much of the remainder of the North Island was suffering from flood-rain conditions.
