Our Typist Gets Married

Last Saturday, Miss Valerie Torrie, who has typed "Photo News" since it started publication in 1954, was married at St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church. Val, who is the only daughter of Mr and Mrs A. Torrie, 523 Childers Road, was married to Mr Matthew John Needham, son of Mr and Mrs Needham, Pukekohe. The matron of honour was Mrs Alma Hyde, Hexton, and the junior bridesmaid Miss Judith Needham, sister of the bridegroom. The best man was the bridegroom's brother, Mr Arthur Needham, Pukekohe, Future home, Gisborne.
