New Pavilion For Tennis Club

The opening of a brand-new pavilion marked the beginning of the season at the Gisborne Tennis Club's courts at Rutene Road on Nov. 2. For many years club members have put up with what was little more than makeshift accommodation, but this year a contractor was engaged, and members assisted with such of the work, so that the club now has well-appointed new quarters.
