Small-Bimler. At St. Mary's Church, Leaone Bimler, only daughter of Mrs M. A. Bimler, 73 Disraeli Street, and the late Mr C. V. Bimler, to Patrick William Small, only son of Mr and Mrs W. P. Small, 33 Wellington Street. The matron of honour was Mrs Dorreen Harrison, Rata Street, and the best man was Mr Keith Couper, Childers Road. Lodge members formed a guard of honour as the couple left the church. Future home, Gisborne, where both the bride and groom are with the Maori Affairs Department.

Lilly, 287 Grey Street, to Allan Charles Mitchell, son of Mr and Mrs Mitchell, Hokitika, The best man and matron of honour were Mr and Mrs Ronald Mitchell, of Wainui Road, brother of the bridegroom and sister of the bride, and the flower girl was Wendy Jerram, Taihape.
