A notable impression was made by the Gisborne. Little Theatre's production of the comedy, "Book of the Month", which opened the stage season in Gisborne last month. In particular Joyce Ball (right) impressed with her part as the daughter who writes a book which scandalises her family and friends. On stage, above, the cast was, left to right: Harold Taylor-Smith, Ruth White, Ross Stafford, Joyee Ball, Owen Poole, Cushla Roche, Noel Muir and Margaret Loftus.
