Camera peeps into the past at this Gisborne wedding of the horse-and-carriage days. The scene is Derby Street, when the present Parish Hall was the Holy Trinity Church. The house on the site of the present church was later removed to Temple Street. The home in the left of the picture was. on the site where the Gisborne Fridgsupply Company's building now stands. Fourteen grey horses with gilded hooves drew the bridal carriages at this wedding.
