Thus the stage was set for this month's Roman holiday in the Gisborne Opera House.

"Kill him, A1!" yelled a ringside patron.

A1 seemed to think that might be a good idea. But just when he was getting warmed up, the police said, "Boys, you're far too rough."

So it ended in "no contest" and the evening's fun was over.
