Cold & Wet At Waikanae

And just how cold and just how wet more than 40 people found out when they took part in the Radio Gisborne promoted midwinter swim. The plunge hour was midday and everyone indulging in the event raced like mad into the water and just about as quickly raced out. After the swim hot soup was provided by Watties and this warmed everybody up again.
