Founders' Exhibition

To mark the last art exhibition to be held in the present Art Gallery and Museum (before demolition and the erection of a new building) the Gisborne Art Society staged a Founders' Exhibition. Included in the show were the works of local artists whose services founded the society in its earlier years (from 1948 on).
