Coast Relay
Members of the Harriers Club took part in a triangle relay when they encompassed the three sides of the East Coast area in less than 17 hours on the weekend of April 12 and 13. The teams left Gisborne at 8.00 a.m. on the Saturday, making for Te Araroa. From there it was on to Opotiki and thence back to Gisborne. The contiuous run was of great merit
the teams are keen to start under the gun of Mayor Harry Barker.
