A Bit Of Pow And A Lump Of Smash!

A capacity crowd turned up at the Speedway on March 30 to share in the excitement created by Gisborne's first ever Demolition Derby. All cars were let loose in the speedway arena with the provision that the last one moving took the prizes which included a substantial amount of cash and a fair number of goodies. Some mighty prangs and plenty of near misses gave the crowd its money's worth!
