Due For A Change

The Museum and Art Gallery in Kelvin Park is due for a change in the near future. A new museum and art gallery is to be established but part of the original building is to be incorporated in the new structure. This fine house used to be the home of an early citizen of Gisborne, Mr W. D. Lysnar, who was a prominent resident, mayor, member for the district, solicitor and businessman of note.
