Those lazy, hazy fishing days of summer are synonymous with Gisborne's climate, even if we did have a few days of rain in the middle of January. Not to worry, we need the water and it keeps the garden and lawn green. The fish haven't been biting all that well either but what the heck — it's a great way to pass the time down on the wharves.
