Coming of Age
Roseann Gillespie, daughter of Mrs R. Gillespie, 157 Cobden Street, and the late Mr G. Gillespie, celebrated her coming of age with a party recently. Roseann and her mother cut the beautiful "21" cake during the festivities, (Dunstan & Kinge).
Helping their daughter Helen to cut her 21st birthday cake are Mr and Mrs L. T. R. Willson of 5 Fergusson Drive. Helen celebrated her coming of age with a delightful party at home.
Pehimana Brown, the eldest son of Michael and Daphne Brown, Library Road, Te Karaka, attained his majority recently. He and his parents are about to cut the cake at the birthday celebrations. (Dunstan & Kinge).
Kawhena (Bubba) Tiki Tiki, son of Rangi and Joe Tiki Tiki, 8 Cambridge Terrace, celebrated his coming of age with a reception at the Ohako Hall, Manutuke. Parents and son are photographed at the cutting of the cake. (Dunstan & Kinge).
