First Time to Gisborne

Ilminster School is the proud receiver of this year's award for the Allan Gardner Memorial Trophy. First awarded in 1959, the trophy is competed for on a national basis, annually, and is won by the school with the highest number of resuscitation awards. Out of 72 schools entered this year Ilminster had 552 awards, 16 ahead of Shirley School, Christchurch, their nearest rivals.
