First of it's Type on Gisborne Housing Scene

The first of the new Moduloek homes to be built in Gisborne has been constructed in Hauroa Road. The quick and comparatively easy method of erection is apparent when it is seen that all the wall and roofing sections are made up in modules of three feet. These units are manufactured at the Modulock factory in Auckland (according to the plan of your choice) then simply put together on the site. Insulation is standard in the roof-line ceilings, while the thick wooden interlocking walls provide their own insulation. This house will be open as a show home early this month.
