Hello Dolly
Sure to be a Hit!

The Gisborne Operatic Society's production of "Hello Dolly!" is sure to be a hit at the War Memorial Hall from October 25 to November 3. Full of colour, fun and music, this show has been a big-time hit for the past ten years— it ran even longer than "My Fair Lady" on Broadway. These pictures show the cast in some of the colourful and stunning costumes worn during the show.

Alison Thompson and Don Ramsay star in the title roles, Alison as Dolly, and Don as Horace Vandergeld.

John Drummond and Marion Goodwin play the roles of Cornelius Hackl and Irene Molloy.

Lee Pascoe (Barnaby Tucker) and John Drummond are the two clerks in the hay and feed store.

A particularly strong chorus ensures that the show has plenty of voice, colour and movement.
