It Should'A Been'A Draw!

Although fighting back magnificently in the last 15 minutes in their Rothmans National League game against Christchurch United, Gisborne City's soccer jinx against this team was not broken. Especially when a sure goal can be punched out. If this piece of unfair play hadn't been perpetrated by the South Island team, ten minutes before the end of play, then the game would surely have been a draw, even though, perhaps, the better team won. Final score was Christchurch United 2 — Gisborne City 1.
