Six month's free subscription of "Photo News" goes to Bernard Teague, of Wairoa, for this picture of two Maori girls, Whero Douglas & Bubbles Stewart posed with a very old teko teko near Wairoa. It is a carving representing Kawiti, an important chief of the Ngati-kuru-pakiaka hapu. Photo was taken on outing of newly-formed Wairoa Camera Club.
