All That Gas
Hundreds of numbered, gas filled balloons floating off into the grey skies of April 21 was the main attraction at the Greater Gisborne-Kelvinator House Balloon Race and Gala Day. Holder of the lucky balloon ticket number and thus winner of a handsome new refrigerator, was Andrew Rickard, of 63A Endcliffe Road.

The mini-golf course drew a fair number of players during the day.
