Sincere Tribute

This placard was made by Mr W. A. Phipps, Roebuck Road, and signed by 27 members of the Wellington Mounted Rifles Association. It was to be presented to.the late Mr Fred Barwick in appreciation of services rendered, particularly for organising 38 reunions for the association. Unfortunately Mr Barwick died suddenly, while the placard was away being signed by association members. However, it was presented to Mrs Barwick and now holds a place of honour in the Barwick home.
