Mo'cycle News

The Gisbome Motor Cycle Club has staged a couple of interesting events during the past two months. In December, a beach race meeting, run under permit issued by the Marine Department, was held on Makorori Beach. The first meeting of its type run by the club, it proved very successful.

On January 13, the club staged the Poverty Bay Moto-cross championships at Muriwai. Some spectacular riding was seen by the large number of spectators attending.
