Elegant Evening

Sixteen graduates of the School of Elegance were presented with their certificates at a social gathering, held in Low's Reception Rooms, recently. During each 6-week course, run by Mrs Lorraine Hodgson, the participants receive tuition on skin, wig and hair care, makeup, and entertaining.
