The Big Feed

As part of their study of Maori customs and culture, the pupils of St Mary's School participated in the building and cooking of a hangi. This was done under the supervision of Mr and Mrs N. Pewhairangi and was pronounced a resounding success by all the hungry pupils when the hangi was opened and served.
