Members of the Poverty Bay Charity Dog Trial Committee attended a very enjoyable dinner at the Bridge Hotel to mark the presentation of $900 to the Intellectually Handicapped Children Society. The cheque was for the proceeds from the emminently successful dog trials held earlier this year. I.H.C. president, Mrs Nora Steed, is seen receiving the gift from P.B.C.D.T.C. president, Mr "Toot" Lincoln, surrounded by other committee members and their wives.
