A special ecumenical service was held in the Y.M.C.A. stadium on the occasion of the visit of Mr Frank Northam, an executive member of the World Council of Churches. Mr Northam was one of the many executive members who went to different parts of New Zealand (from the World Conference being held in Auckland) to take part in various city services on Sunday, February 13.
