Class In The Country

Some class horses were seen in action, not to mention riders, at the annual Whangara Sports held on the Fraser property at Pouawa. A very warm day, tempered by a cool sea breeze, produced ideal conditions for a summer sports day.

And Annabel Mossman (second), in the Best Girl or Boy Rider Under 10.

The judge of the event, Mr R. D. Reichenbach, said Margot Candy was the Best Girl Rider Under 7 he had seen anywhere.
